refunds/returns on electrical partsAlso noted on the receiptWe also have a sign posted in store stating all electrical parts are non refundable( see invoice attached)Customer came back and stated he had shorted the control board and wanted another oneHe was told there are no refundsHe insisted be knew that and wanted to exchange itWe told him be would have to pay for another oneHe was upset and we explained to him that we would not be able to return control board to our supplier to get our money back once part is installedHe again said he did not want a refund, but an exchange at no chargeAnother customer, who happened to be in the store told him that is standard procedures at most all parts stores.We empathize with the customer, however he was informed of our policies and cannot refund or exchange a burnt out control board at no charge.Sincerely,*** ***Owner
