I'm am writing back about a complaint submitted by a customer of oursThis customer came in needing his truck fixedWe told him the issue and the costThis customer didn't have the money and had help by his momThey were not able to make the full payment for the part in
advanced, so they agreed to pay little at a time till the money for the part was completeWe told them that until we got the full amount for the part we were unable to order said part, and start fixing. Took couple months for her to get all the money paid for the repairsAfter having some personal issues with family and other set backs, we were finally able to get the truck worked on. Customers mother called and asked how it was going and we told her just a few hours to get the lines and everything put together and make sure the truck was running wellShe said ok, couple minutes later customer was at our shop asking us when it was going to be doneWe told him how long and he did not like that answer and said "just push my truck out" The only reason it took months for the truck to finally get fixed was because we had to wait for the part moneyWe are a small business and we have been burned before by people having to do payment plans and then us giving their car back with out full payment and then never hearing from them againUnfortunately, our trust with people is very thinHis truck was not the only one we were working on at the timeWe had other vehicles we were working on from people who actually were going to pay us full when the vehicle was done
