2008 Honda Civic Hybrid Not as Promised
I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid on Monday, December 6th and the check engine light went on December 8th. Took it to auto repair and was told it needed a new catalytic converter. I called Rob, who sold me the car, and he said too bad, the car was sold "as is". Also, when I took the car for a test drive the car would shake at around 50mph. Rob said he would give me a $100 off the list price to get a front end alignment. Problem is that all four tires need to be replaced because there are flat spots from the car sitting in one place for an exended period of time. Rob told me that I needed to get a second opinion from another repair place and recommended another repair service who can't see the car for a week. Customer beware of this used car company. It's no coincidence that the check engine light went on two days after I purchased this car.

I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealer I asked about any prior damage and was told there was none I ran my own *** only to discover there had been an accident I decided not to purchase vehicle after already providing a deposit He refused to return deposit Highly unethical and dishonest Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable dealer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThis is somewhat satisfactory, however this car was to be inspected before she took possession of it I will have to wait and see the receipt for for inspection, and who done it A dealer’s incentive to defraud a customer when it comes to issues of safety may be obvious, but the law requires that every vehicle passes a safety inspection prior to being offered for sale, and any actions that violate that standard are unlawful thank You *** ***(her father)

Wednesday when the car is completed. Thank you.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with M&M Auto! As a young woman my fear was always being taken advantage of due to my age and gender. The gentlemen there were very kind and made my buying experience a great one! It was quick and easy and no pressure to up sale me anything. They are very honest, which isn’t a quality you often find in a sales representative. I accidentally gave them $100 too much and they gave it back to me, many places wouldn’t have said anything and kept the money. Another great quality was that they were willing to work with me on the price and were very patient when I had scheduling issues. The vehicle I purchased had issues with the head lights but they have specially ordered in the parts fixed them for me!! Overall I got a great car for a great price and was treated well and with respect. I would recommend M & M Auto and will definitely keep them in mind if I should need to purchase another vehicle in the future!
