Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] After the engine was initially installed, we noticed a check engine and after the code was read it has several codesThe mechanic said the vehicle's ECU would take time to adjust itself with the new engine and after sometime the codes would eventually disappear After a week code of the code has disappear and the of still remained which was misfire in bank and The mechanic suggested a complete tune up to change all the plugs, cables and the ignition coil, cam sensor and that would rectify the problem we proceeded in doing thatBare in mind during this whole time, the vehicle was running rough and shook when every you tired to move the vehicle and we tried to fix the vehicle with out involving M&M after we replaced all the possible parts that was known to cause a misfire, then I contacted Darren to see if he could help After Darren and I several time and not even a single time did he request any copy of installation document and a receipt to verify proper installationI offered to have the vehicle towed to his shop or any shop of his choosing to have them figure out the problem and Darren said he will send some one to come to the mechanic's shop to have them run their own test and see what the problem might beI gave them time to honor his word and after months no one showedI again contacted Darren any asked him why no one showed then he said he never said he would send a mechanic to come check on the vehicleDURING OUR EXCHANGES I WAS POLITE WITH DARREN A second mechanic from the shop re-diagnose discovered that the engine was knockingthat diagnosis was missed by the first mechanicBare in mind am not a mechanic and even if the engine knocks I won't be able to determine it I contacted Darren and he said at this point he would get his sales manager involved I was instructed to send a copy of the receipt from the mechanic to the car inspectorAfter I emailed the receipt to him I never heard back from himI called the car inspector weeks after I sent him the email and left him a message to confirm if he has even received the email I send but he didn't answerI reached out to him again weeks later after my initial phone contact and still didn't hear back from himI called him a week after the second contact then he responded and told me to contact DarrenI called Darren and he said this matter is being handled by his manager This is my question, How can one determine a condition of a vehicle by just looking a receipt which out physically interacting with the vehicle You might call the information Sporadic but I am not a mechanic and that is the best information I can provide youAll I know is the vehicle shakes violently when its started and that hasn't changed and not drivable Again my offer still standsI am willing to tow the vehicle to any shop of you choosing for them to diagnose the vehicle then you can acquire a complete informationThat cost will be mine I am willing to do what ever that's needed to get this situation resolved amicableMr, Darren never requested a copy and receipt Regards, [redacted]
