Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, just to be clear, when something is sold "by the yard" it is a volume measurement and has nothing to do with the weight or size of the rock Much like a gallon of milk and gas are the same volume not weight So the argument that the scoop will yield different amounts because of a particular rock's weight or size is very wrong I appreciate your efforts in this matter and can only hope Landscaper Supply will use this information to correct it's business practices and is as grateful for your involvement as I am Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry that Mr*** is unhappy with our serviceThe only way we sell bulk product is by the scoopWe do so because even if the bucket on the loader measures a specific amount, every product loads differently because of its weight and sizeWe are trying to be honest when we sell it by the scoop, but it does get confusingWe will be glad to refund Mr*** $and apologize for his trouble Sincerely, *** *** Operations Manager
