the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed. The door is installed but the track was damagedThe installer said that replacement parts were being ordered and the damaged track would be replaced but we never heard back from the company so I am not sure if they are just washing thier hands of thw situation now or what but I cannot in good conscious say that I am completely fine with the resolution. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The issue was not that the screen was damagedThe issue was that we were told we would have it in 3-weeksHad it arrived in three to four weeks damaged, we are reasonable people and would have waited an additional 3-weeks for a new doorThat however was not the caseOur check was cashed by M&M Building Solutions and order was not even placed for THREE weeks After we were told he would put a rush on it So we had already waited two monthsWe were not even notified that the product was damaged We only found out when the business did not show up for the install they called us and told us they would be out for I asked that the order be cancelled M&M Building Solutions told me that wasn't going to happen I called the manufacturer and he informed me the order could be cancelled but that it had to be done by M&M Building SolutionsAt this point I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which went unanswered by M&M Building Solutions We tried more than a dozen times to work with this business to obtain our refundHe outright told me on one occasion that we weren't getting anything At that point we took the business to small claims court where we met the manufacturer who had told us that our money was credited to M&M Building Solutions months ago yet we had still did not get our refund M&M did not show up in court and we were awarded our money backWe have spent the last month and a half trying to obtain our money We have called the business and keep getting told we will receive it and are then hung up onWe have been trying to obtain our money for months, we know the business has had it returned from the manufacturer yet he continues to withhold it from us. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowGene told me they were going to give me a new door and he liedThe manufacturer came and they said they were not replacing the door, but going to reinstall another piece of glass.I had leaks on the door and the guy who came from manufacturer was real nice and replaced the glass and adjusted bottom of door tooI still don't know if the door leaks or not until winter comesGene did not tell the truthHe told you one thing and me another
