have a 30 day 1000 mile engine and transmission limited warranty that we gladly honor.

They never revealed that the vehicle had been in an accident, as they should have. This vehicle was junk from day one and the deliberately sold it that way. Had we known it was in an accident, we would have never purchased it. The years of business doesn't make them a good business, it just shows they have been doing bad business for a long time. It is their responsibility to disclose accidents to the customer and they failed to do so. The brakes were replaced as a courtesy? ? They were grinding on metal within a month!! It's not a courtesy it is your duty. You sell cars that are at the bare minimum just to get off the lot and then you wipe your hands off your responsibilities! This company should be ashamed of the vehicles they put on the streets while stealing money from families. With a "it's your problem now attitude" they should not be in business. Selling a faulty vehicle and not disclosing important information is not okay. We absolutely spoke to someone there regarding all the issues and they simply brushed it off since a month had passed, that's ridiculous.

I don't understand how the customer can say we sold a car with a bad transmission. The car was sold with just a little over 48k miles on it. It still had factory warranty from Nissan on the Power Train up to 60k miles.If it had an issue prior to us selling it, we would have taken to the dealer to have fixed under factory warranty from Nissan. If customer would have contacted us about this prior to the 60k miles we would have referred them to the dealer, but other than the brake pads that we were asked to reimburse them for, that's the only time we heard a complaint from them.

Obviously this business is going to continue to run around in circles and try to run from the fact that they sold us (and probably many others) a bad vehicle. Unfortunately, most people will not complain because companies like MMC motors hide behind technicalities. They NEVER disclosed this vehicle had been in an accident obviously causing the problems it came with. The amount of miles don't matter if it's been in an accident, if I crash my car now, that only has 400 miles, it will still have problems. So let's not state ridiculous things. I thankfully have a brand new car from a REPUTABLE company, unlike this one. We will never make that mistake again. If they were reputable and honest they would have disclosed all information in order to keep our family from possibly having a tragic accident, but they clearly only worry about the money. We asked that they cover the money we're stuck paying for the car, but that's clearly not going to happen. This company is a joke and should be ashamed especially in a great community like ours. But word spreads fast around here, thankfully. Just take a seat MMC, no need for the back and forth if you're only going to repeat your same statement, you obviously aren't going to admit your wrong and have nothing else to say. I'm just glad this stays attached to your "company", Merry Christmas.
