To whom it may concern: Tire Source did service Miss ***'s vehicle on 05/29/The first step to look for a noise of this nature would be to test drive it and verify the concernThe only abnoise heard was from the belts/pulley'sThe pulley's have
a lifetime grease in them that after time leaks out leaving the bearings dry and then it's just a matter of time till they make noiseWhen Miss *** came back in to inform us the noise was still there we were able to hear it and at that point we did find the exhaust heat shield loose and reattached itHad we found the heat shield loose earlier we still would have suggested replacement of the belt's/pulley's due to noiseWe do believe the customer when they tell us something, we need to so we can find and repair the customers concernPlease feel free to call or email me with any further questions.*** ***Store Manager

I brought my vehicle in for new brakes and sensors. I was told I also needed rotors at $372.96. I communicated to them that I had just received new rotors from the dealership and year and a half ago. I was told that I would still need new rotors and they would not be "allowed" to just replace the brakes. I ended up taking my car to the dealership who replaced the brakes and confirmed that my rotors were fine and not in need of replacement. I am disappointed in the false recommendation.
Staff was also very unprofessional, whispering behind the counter.
