We had a pipe to burst under our house. We found that the pipe had burst on Dec 2, 2013. Around the third week of December, 2013, we were given the naming of Servpro, being told that they were very highly recommended. Since they have started work, the time spent on-site has been very hap-hazard. They have not yet put in 3 entire days. About a week ago, they removed their drying equipment saying that the crawlspace of the house was completely dried. We crawled under there 2 days later and found that there was water dripping still from the wood. Also, now mold is appearing inside the house. They showed up today and said they did not want to work with us any longer and accused us of putting water under the house ourselves. They also contacted our contractor who was going to rebuild the house after the bad wood was removed and convinced him that we were causing the water problem ourselves and therefore, they will not be coming back. We are afraid they may have said this to our home owners insurance company, which would make it difficult for us to complete this cleanup of our home.
