I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received a phone call from the business on WednesdayDecember **, informing they would accept my exchange and to go to the store.I went to the store almost immediatelyThe guard at the door wanted my bag and I informed him that I was exchanging the item and he directed me to the cashierI arrived at the counter explaining I was allowed to make an exchange.They did not ask for the receiptThey were unaware of this situationI ask for a managerThey told me a manager was unavailableNeither did they offer to contact the manager.They wanted me to explain the entire situation all overI informed them I had made an complaint with the Revdex.com.org regarding an exchange policy.Every person I spoke to 2-were unaware of itThey kept looking at the bag and immediately denying my requestIt was disturbingI called the original number ###-###-#### to inform him I did not receive my exchange as offeredThere was no answer I did received a call back until half an hour to hour and a half later leaving a message apologizing for the experience. But every person I spoke to was not understanding to my situationOn leaving the security guard wanted to me explain and it was not his job to return and there was no reason to put me through further stressAfter that embarrassing and unexpected experienceI feel reluctant to return the storeThey have no manager available when needed and neither do they listen to customers or did they offered to contact a manager when a customer explains it is a "rare" situationI am sure they are unfamiliar that some transactions are not made based on personal decisions but there is an aspect knowledge of retail business operations neededIt is of no help of me to speak to a kind manager on the phone and to go to the store and not receive the same understanding in person. I don't feel comfortable returning to the store because of the embarrassment and judgment receivedMy initial experience visiting the store was kindBut when this situation regarding the exchange policy occurred I find it very difficultEspecially initially when I tried to exchange the itemThe man who claimed to be a manager looked at the bag and said no despite it was within the time frame allowedI really am nervous about trying to return the item for the store did not communicate properly that I would be returning the item and I just had people look at the bag and reject my exchange and neither did they have a manager available when I was directed to ask for "Moe" or "Mohammad" No attempt to call or find himWhy would the customer have to go back and forth additional times because the store employees don't have a knowledge of an exchange agreement or manager or supervisor in the building or proper communication to employees informing them to expect a particular exchange or return? Should I go back to the store knowing how unpredictable the situation may be? If I return and the employees reject my exchange a third time what should I do especially if I call " Moe" or "Mohammad" at ###-###-#### and he does not answer again? How many times should I return to the store to receive an exchange? Also to think the manager wanted to me to inform you it was resolvedI am so happy I waited to attempt the actual exchange first. I request your advice Revdex.com.org, Thank you

The Return Policy for the store is very simple and clear. If any product is damage or faulty, we give exchange or store credit. In case for this particular customer, we couldn't offer her the exchange on the spot. But the management has contacted her regarding the issue and it has been mutually...

solved by the both party. The customer will get an exchange of the product upon bringing back the damage item to the store along with the purchase receipt. Thank you very much for your concern.   Kind regrads,   The Management Team M & M Discount Inc.

I went to the store almost immediately. The guard at the door wanted my bag and I informed him that I was exchanging the item and he directed me to the cashier. I arrived at the counter explaining I was allowed to make an exchange.
They did not ask for the receipt. They were unaware of this situation. I ask for a manager. They told me a manager was unavailable. Neither did they offer to contact the manager.
