We responded to the customer's email requesting more information, but did not receive a reply. Attached is a photo of the correspondence. We do return all calls to people who leave messages, though we do not have a 24-hour customer service line.
I have spoke with this individual over the phone. I have given him his answers. I honestly dont know what else he needs or why he ever filed this complaint. We respond to all messages left on our VM. We do not have a manned phone line 24/7.
