Hi my name is ***, we met with Mr. *** on January 13th to give us a budget for our recently bought home, we wanted to replace the old kitchen cabinets, walls, ceiling lights, laundry room tile and new plumbing, new bathroom and we ask him to split the bathroom in two, which he AGREE after that we ask him if knows someone about Impact windows, he said that he can buy them & install them too, later we found out that part of the ceiling had some termite problems and he said I can fix that too, we were WOW!! HE CAN DO EVERYTHING, but how much is going to cost'? he said not problem! I am very affordable and fast, SPECIALLY WITH YOUR WIFE PREGNANT and you guys renting, I can bring many people at the same time to do the job fast and finish pronto..
so we agree on a budget of $26500 which include materials, labor and 45 days period to finish.
which include two bathroom, one half bath, kitchen counter top, cabinets, ceiling lights and wall, impact windows, 3 doors, laundry room, fix inside outside storage unit, replace garage ceiling, then we added it the outside ceiling, patio grass, door rooms, rest of the house LED ceiling lights to a total of $46025.00
we ask how to pay him? he reply cash or credit card. so we start with C.C. plus 3% of the credit card how he was working we were giving him money, so far a total amount of $36500 on the receipts that we have, he started working on our property January 15th, really good and fast outside the home but didn't finish then move inside the house, moving everywhere but never finish what he started then he will stop coming to work & we start calling him & texting, which he answer very rude and unpolite that im no one to tell him what to do and when to go he even got an argument with my pregnant wife,

bathroom 1 (sink missing, vanity mirror missing, lights & Tiles all around which are NOT COMPLETE yet) bathroom 2 (missing everything ) half bathroom just the plumbing was made, impact windows were installed now we live in

Refund what we want is for him to return our money or bring of the materials the were paid for! we don't want him to finish, He is very disrespectful and a liar he took advantage of us and our money

We did an invoice, for 26,500, this included, all the windows for the house, that were 9 in total (impact windows), 2 bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets, the sofing for the house and the fasia, 2 doors for the exterior, this is what we had in the to do it for 26,500. Additions to the job, 110 feet worth of plumbing for black waters, plumbing for the laundry, and electricity for the laundry, change the grass for the garden, demolition of the concrete for the patio, a new wall within the interior, between the living room and the kitchen, LED lights in all over the house, a new window in the bathroom, fixing of the storage, painting of the house inside, doors inside the house, which were 7 interior doors, window sil in all the windows, the connections of all the lights outside the house which were 6 in total. The total of the whole job, was summed up to 49,500. From this sum we received. NOTE: The job was paused, because the seniors Mr. and Mrs. denied to give a payment to continue with job, we asked for 3000 to keep on, we told Mr. in a conversation, that if he did not put the 3000 the job will be paused, we also told him that we could go to court, he said we didn't have any contract to accuse him in court, a contract from M&M Floors Installation Corp, which is true, we didn't have any sort of contract signed from our side or his side. We had a discussion, in which he told us that he can accuse us for working on his property with illegal people, these were the reasons to why we paused the job. NOTE: We demand that he shows us a "contract" that shows that M&M Floors Installation Corp, is doing a job on his property, and that the contract shows the signature of the president of the company. The only thing that we have is a Proposal, from Mrs. and ***. We didn't abandon the job, they were the ones who didn't pay for the job to continue. If needed more evidence I have a picture of the job and what I did.
