I have before and after photos of the damage. Txdmv investigator ([redacted]) has in formed me that in the state of Texas I have 90 days to report the damage. That aside, I spent the first 3 weeks trying to contact him to make the complaint. I only received a answer once I sent the letter certified. I have all returned letters with stamped dates. I was informed by the investigator ( [redacted]) that this company has not had a license or insurance in over 2 years.
