Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did call him when the cooler was not working He told me to turn on pump and then leave it on low min and call him back So I did that and tried to call him two times, but he never answered me or call me backSo I had to call someone in because my mom is bed ridden, my sister had total knee repkacement and tge hoyse was the to cooler not working The guy came out and the hoses were clogged not allowing water to feel cooler, that cost $Then the connection to cooler at spugot started leaking bad So another plumber came out said whoever tightened it stripped it That cost me $150, then due to massive leak my water biversus versus usually So total this cost what I paid him minus $89, then My sustervas sitting right by I nevrr yelled anything at him I told him I was not paying him because he did not due a full job He told me he was calling cops and I said fine go ahead He waandiunding on my door andTelling into my house waking my year old mom, it alarmed her He has worse business ethics I have ever seen I am looking into a lawsuit if he chooses to not make this right Sincerely, [redacted]

on 6-4-went to *** house to start up swamp cooler her bill was $217.50, on 6-6-2016 *** called and told me swamp cooler was not cooling I asked her did she turn off water to cooler and she told me she would check and call me back never called me back so I called *** back to check and
see if cooler was not cooling and to let her know I left my hand sprayer and was going to pick up on the next morning but no answer,on 6-7-went to *** house to pick up hand sprayer that I left ask her friend were was *** she told me she ran a Aron I asked her if swamp cooler was blowing she told me it was cool, never was told that swamp cooler was not working on 6-7-on 6-8-i look at my bank account and notice *** check had bounce called *** and left message that I would stop by to pick up $in cash got to *** house and she told me that she stopped payment on check because cooler was stuffed up and had to call a plumber out to fix it, that cost her $and began to swear at me and told me to get the hell off her property I called police he stop by to mediate billhe asked me would I be willing to pay for plumber cost to fix problem and that *** would pay me the difference from the original bill that was $- $she wrote me a check for $on 6-8-that did not bouncesee attach reciept

*** told me and police that the first company that charge her $had fixed the problemshe show me and police the receipt, she never told us that there was other problems, and know she saying that I did something to the water spigot, when I worked on her unit I told her that she needed a new silcock and coupling for water linebut she said that she could not do it at this time and that she would call me back to do the work later, now she is saying in second letter to Revdex.com that the spigot was leaking bad.why didn't she say this in the first lettercan you ask her for the receipt and did other company over look the problem, when I work on unit I give a year warranty for all my work and parts*** knows thatbecause I told her, I can not be responsible for what other company might or might not have donei believe that *** is trying to do fraudand my insurance company well do a investigation on the matter if she would like them to

So I had to call someone in because my mom is bed ridden, my sister had total knee repkacement and tge hoyse was 90 the to cooler not working.  The guy came out and the hoses were clogged not allowing water to feel cooler, that cost $89.00. Then the connection to cooler at spugot started leaking bad.  So another plumber came out said whoever tightened it stripped it.  That cost me $150, then due to massive leak my water biversus 148.00 versus usually 85.00.  So total this cost what I paid him minus $89, then 213.00.  My sustervas sitting right by I nevrr yelled anything at him.  I told him I was not paying him 297.00 because he did not due a full job.  He told me he was calling cops and I said fine go ahead.  He waandiunding on my door and. Telling into my house waking my 88 year old mom, it alarmed her.  He has worse business ethics I have ever seen.  I am looking into a lawsuit if he chooses to not make this right.
