This company repaired cylinder heads on my vehicle The Jeep dealer installed the cylinder heads and after starting the vehicle the engine was knocking/ticking They determined that the cylinder heads were machined improperly I called the machine shop and asked them for a resolution...I was told they were doing an investigation to see what happen After two weeks I called again I received a voicemail and left a detailed message I waited another week and called and received voicemail I explained that I needed resolution to the situation because I have been without my vehicle weeks now After another week I called again asking for a full refund because I had no choice to pay the dealer to rectify the poor workmanship from M & M company I tried to work with the company and was more than patient The company made zero effort to resolve or even attempt to resolve the workmanship issue I tried to keep this simple
