6/20/2016Dear Revdex.com:*** *** has been a friend for yearsShe contacted me through *** in regards to planting a bank that we spoke about in the previous yearShe was given an estimate in detail with the work to be done and we received an ok(Please see
attached pictures) On the afternoon of March 25th she was notified that we were on site and we completed the jobI received a text message moments after leaving that it looked nice.She was informed that there was soaker hose lines installed for irrigation purposes and that she was to water dailey.Topsoil was included in the install because the soil conditions were poorInstallation holes were dug and plants were back filled with quality topsoilSoaker hoses were installed and bed was mulched 2" thick. On May 10th I received a message stating that a few plants had died and I responded that I would look at itOn may 11th I looked at her job and the plants and soil were dry completelyI also noticed that she altered our install by adding a into line adapterThat reduces each line pressure dramaticallyI told her again to water and that the connector is a problem with soaker linesShe lost plant material because of lack of watering on a regular basis. When we tried to ask her about watering she stated she didn't because there was some rain.On Tuesday 6/14/when we tried to discuss how she watered she just stated that we didn't discuss what she wanted and She wanted all her money back.We as a business cannot replace a job to someone who had specific watering instructions and did NOT water.I have more pictures available upon requestPlease see attached.SincerelyMichael K
