Review: M&M Landscape is our community lanscaping company, they would not agree to use black mulch on my property, so I paid out of pocket $290.00 to [redacted] Landscape. After just having all new mulch laid on my property, M&M's employees cut the grass in our community and completely ruined my new landscaping by blowing cut grass all over my new mulch, the grass was more than an inch thick in many areas! I have the pictures to prove it too! I called the company, they apologized, stating they have a lot of untrained employees due to workload, and promised to come and put new black mulch to compensate my loss. That was over FIVE weeks ago and no one has come to replace my loss of almost $300! And to make matters worse, every weeks since this first happened, they have come and cut the grass the same way, resulting in an absolute total loss of all my new black mulch. There is so much grass in my mulch, they had to remove everything down to the dirt!! They promise very week they will come back and replace my mulch, but it never happens. I have called the company's main number every week for five weeks, but no one has returned any of my calls, and they have failed to compensate me for my loss of $290.00. All I've asked is for new black mulch to make my property look like it had before their company employees destroyed it due to lack of proper training from M&M Landscape Company!Desired Settlement: I would like M&M Landscape to replace my total loss of black mulch on my property. I take pride in my property, and now it looks horrible.
