      I sent you email regarding DR. [redacted] . I had received your return email in which she declined her recent contact with me. I am also sending you the copy of bill she sent me in June,Pls find attachment, while I visited her in first week of march and she has received charges from my health insurance Aetna. She received $260 from .e, while her charges were due $60 only which she got from Aetna. But she is refusing to refund me. I want reimbursement  which she charged me wrongfully. I have talked to her many times but useless, she told me clearly that she wont refund me and instead she sent me bill, which is harassment. Instead of refunding she sending me new bills. I also recommend to cancel her licence to stop her evil practices. Thanks and regards[redacted]
