M & M Masons performed various pointing, brick replacement to the front of my house, repaired two parts of my front porch and reset three stone window stills. My biggest concerned was how the front of the house would look after the job was completed. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the hard working crew.
This is letter is to respond to the recent complaint I received from the Revdex.com in regards to customer [redacted]., Eggerstville, NY 14226 ###-###-####. M & M Masons did in fact rebuild the chimney 10- 25- 2009. I was not contacted by the customer to be informed of the matter. Typically when a customer informs me of such a matter, I respond readily to investigate and to offer solutions, in this case mortar falling out after rebuilding is abnormal. Although was not contacted prior to the Revdex.com, and that only was warranty for 2 years, I still would be happy to inspect the chimney. I also have the invoice I could fax to you.
