Wednesday, February *4, 20*8COMPLAINT I.D [redacted] Dear Revdex.com representative,I have contacted this customer as stated in my last response, and we agreed that he would come to the store so we could drive the vehicle together, inspect and identify any current issues with this vehicleI now receive this correspondence and he states that he is not willing to return to the store? Monday, February 05, 20*8To whom it may concern,I am replying to an open case that I have received in the mailThe case number is [redacted] I have contacted Mr [redacted] and invited him back to the dealership to address his concernsI was personally involved with this customer and his issuesHe brought his vehicle in on 7/11/and w drove the vehicle, put it up on a hoist, and we looked under the vehicle togetherThis vehicle has some usual surface rust for being years old and driven in snow/salt conditionsHowever, the vehicle is not flaking rust and all body panels are solidWe ordered sway bar links and also one inner tie rod end for his vehicle on 7/11/Mr [redacted] never came back to have the service work done, so the parts were returned and the repair order was closed on 8/15/I am enclosing a copy of the repair order for your reviewMr [redacted] stated today that he will attempt to stop here this week so that we can address the issues once and for allPlease do not hesitate to contact me if needed.Best Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I never said I would not return to the dealership I stated that I would bring the vehicle in to be repaired and then after they repaired it to my satisfaction that I would then relieve them from my complaint*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I do not know if it will fix the vehicle until I check it out after they say they fixed it I will not be willing to accept their offer more things are failing on the vehicle some are serious I will then release them from their obligation to me they called me not happy because I had contacted you I will let you know what happens *** ***
