I paid Mr. Brown 2200.00 for my 1969 Buick Skylark to upholstery the complete interior of my car. We agreed to make payment arrangements. I drop the car off to him November 2017 with and 500.00 deposit. I called him and texted Mr. Brown to check on my car from time to time. Sometimes no answer or response to ether. In September of 2018 the balance was almost paid at this time. Mr. Brown said that he would need a few more weeks to complete the job. I said that fine since he did work with me on the payment plan. November of 2018 Mr. Brown said that he is almost complete, your car will be done next week. So the next week come I took off from work drove 300 miles to Tallahassee for him to dodge me. He did not answer any calls or texts that I sent to him. January 2019 I stayed in Tallahassee for a week trying to find my car because it was not at his shop. He found out that I was looking for my car, got in contact with me and said pay me the rest and I have your car complete in 3 days. I agreed to finish paying him. My brother who lives in Tallahassee told me that he seen my car at another shop. I went there thinking to see some progress and he has not touched my car in over an year. In April of 2019 I pick my car up. My is in worst condition from the rain and storm.
