I am rejecting this response because that was the statement from mikeHe said initially that he would get the job done before the weekendOn the weekend I called him to find out that he would get the job done the first thing on mondayWe did not even call him on mondayi lost my patience on tuesday because I work 5pm to 5am And I wanted to get the job done before it causes any more damage.so I called his office on tuesday to find out when would it be donethen I got a call from mike saying do not keep calling my office because his wife is going through emotions since her mother is in hospitalThat is not the way you do businessIf he had any problem like that he would have given his wife break from workHe started yelling at me that calling my office would not resolve the problemIf had told me that he would get the job done in days, none of this would have happenedHe was so rude and finally he told me that you can do wahtever you wantHe would not come to workWhile working you have to leave your family problems homeDo not bring them to workThat statement was from mike

M & M Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. response to [redacted] Complaint filed on 3/3/2015 at approximately 3:40 pm.The events occurred as follows:On February 19, 2015:- Received a telephone call from **. [redacted] that he had no heat. We responded the same day and the following...

is what occurred:- Upon arrival a Diagnostic was performed on **. [redacted]'s gas steam Boiler;- Findings: Faulty [redacted] Auto feeder;- Disconnected power to feeder and the [redacted] feeder continued to feed water which concluded that the feeder was faulty/bad and needed to be replaced;- The feeder register/counter was at 789 gallons at that time;- Accordingly we furnished and installed one (1) new Hydro level [redacted] Digital/Programmable Auto Feeder and one (1) 1/2" SB coupling; the old Auto Feeder was left at customer's property.;- included all materials, wiring and labor.- Operation was tested and operation was good at that time.- Total amount including materials, wiring & labor was $450.00 (not $400 as **. [redacted] indicated in his complaint). **. [redacted] paid in full with check #[redacted]On February 26, 2015 (7 days later)- Received a telephone call from **. [redacted] that he had no heat;- We responded that same morning, but **. [redacted] would not answer the door or his phone;- After repeated attempts for approximately 10 mins. **. [redacted] finally answered a call from Carolyn M[redacted], he was asleep and he needed about 5 minutes to get up and go to the door.- Diagnostics were performed;- Findings were that the new [redacted] had feed 96 gallons of water in 7 days, which indicates a large leak in the system and/or piping;- Investigating/troubleshooting was performed;- Findings: STEAM LEAK IN REAR LEFT CORNER OF BASEMENT (over foundation); an extremely difficult location to make a repair;- Provided **. [redacted] with the findings and the following verbal Estimate:- STEAM LEAK IN REAR LEFT CORNER OF BASEMENT (over foundation); an extremely difficult location to make a repair requiring minimal 2 - 3 hours labor- Will need to cut out beam and possibly ceiling or floor- Materials – 1 1/ nips/fittings; epoxy?- Estimated price based on 2-3 hours labor and materials: $500.00On, Friday, February 27, 2015:- **. [redacted]'s son called and expressed their verbal acceptance and asked if we could come Saturday, 2/28/2015. **. [redacted] indicated to **. [redacted]'s son that we were not able to come on Saturday, 2/28/2015 due to a job we were already committed to and that his Father would have to manually add water until Monday or Tuesday of the following week as that was the soonest we would be able to get to his Father's home to address the steam leak over the foundation. **. [redacted]'s son indicated that this was acceptable.- Neither Mike nor Carolyn made any promise to **. [redacted] or his son that we would be at his home first thing Monday, 3/2/15, morning.- That is a false statement being made by **. [redacted] and/or his son.On Saturday, February 28, 2015- **. [redacted] contacted the emergency number, and Carolyn M[redacted], again, explained to him that we would not be coming until Monday or Tuesday that Mike spoke with his son on Friday, and that Mike was not able to come today due to the heating emergencies he was committed to. Carolyn explained to him that we would be there Monday or Tuesday and that he would have to manually add water to the boiler until that time. In addition, Carolyn advised him that we would call him before coming. **. [redacted] indicated that this was acceptable.On Monday, March 2, 2015:- Carolyn M[redacted], again, spoke with **. [redacted] on Monday, March 2nd and advised him that Mike would be coming on Tuesday, March 3rd in the afternoon.On Tuesday, March 3, 2015:In the morning, **. [redacted] called the office and Carolyn M[redacted] told him that Mike would be there in the afternoon and Mike would call him when he was on the way to the house.At approximately 12:15pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 NOT ONLY WAS he RUDE, using foul language, but he was screaming and yelling and DEMANDING IMMEDIATE SERVICE when our Receptionist and my wife and co-owner, Carolyn M[redacted] would repeatedly tell him that Mike was coming out that afternoon and would call him on the way. **. [redacted] indicated to our receptionsist that if Mike didn't get to his house that he would find Mike as well as that he would repeatedly DEFAME our company and file a law suit along with anything else he could do to DESTROY our company and DESTROY AND DEFAME Mike and Carolyn M[redacted] personally.**. [redacted] repeatedly called our office even though he was repeatedly told by our receptionist and Carolyn M[redacted] that Mike would be out that afternoon (Tuesday, March 3rd) to address the steam leak and that he would have to manually fill the boiler until this afternoon when Mike arrived.In between **. [redacted]'s calls, his son was calling the office and screaming and yelling at our receptionist as well as demanding, even though our Receptionist repeatedly stated to him and his father that Mike was coming out that afternoon and would call on the way. As a result of the repeated calls and harassment, Mike M[redacted] contacted **. [redacted] and told him to please stop calling the office that he would be there sometime that afternoon and would call him on the way.The phone calls to the office did not stop. After our Receptionist was repeatedly harassed and badgered by phone calls from **. [redacted] and his son, she couldn't take anymore and broke down into tears and became ill as a result of **. [redacted] and his son's repeated calls and unacceptable behavior. Our receptionist then contacted Mike M[redacted] to report that the calls and unacceptable behavior continued from **. [redacted] and/or his son.Mike then called **. [redacted] and told him that we will not stand for, tolerate or allow any customer to treat any of our employees or owners in such a manor along. In addition, Mike M[redacted] indicatd that we would no longer provide services to him as a result of his behavior and causing our receptionist to become so upset and ill as a result. Mike M[redacted] was not rude or yelling at **. [redacted] as he was at another customer's home performing work, therefore such behavior would not occur, nor does Mike M[redacted] behave in such a manor. Mike M[redacted] firmly indicated that we would no longer provide services to him. In addition, at that time, Mike M[redacted] advised **. [redacted] to find another contractor for his job. Mike M[redacted] also advised **. [redacted] that if he and/or his son continued to call the office, harass, scream at, threaten or badger our Receptionist or Carolyn M[redacted] that he would contact the police.Carolyn M[redacted] and our receptionist ended up having to BLOCK **. [redacted] and his son's phone numbers on their phones.**. [redacted]'s complaint is false and in accurate in the events of what occurred.We were expecting this Complaint due to the fact that on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 threatened he would do this, along with all of the other threats he and/or his son made, which we have indicated above.Our Reply to **. [redacted]'s DESIRED SETTLEMENT:Neither Mike M[redacted] nor any person from our company will apologize to **. [redacted] and/or his son as his/their statement is inaccurate and false. As stated previously, Mike M[redacted] was not rude to **. [redacted]; he firmly indicated that his repeated calling, yelling, threats and harassment of our employee and Carolyn M[redacted] would not be tolerated and that we would no longer provide services for him. If anyone should apologize it would be **. [redacted] and his son for being rude, screaming, foul language, and threats, as well as for causing one of our employee’s become so upset that it made her ill.Our Company is known for treating our customers with respect and we expect our customers to treat our employees and owners in the same manner The owners of M & M Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. are both Naval Veterans that served their country and others with respect, dignity and kindness along with parents that raised them as well as raising their children to “ treat others as you wish to be treated”. Our company is known for going above and beyond for our customers. We, nor our employees, will tolerate being verbally abused, screamed at, threatened, or harassed by any customer and/or person. This is unacceptable behavior.As for **. [redacted]'s request to settle this matter by our company finishing the job without further charges.Our Reply: WE DECLINE AND WILL NOT PERFORM SERVICES FOR **. [redacted].1. There is no job or work to finish. We provided **. [redacted] with our findings and an Estimate for repairs on February 26, 2015. We are not required to perform services for anyone. We are not required to accept a job that we have bid on.2. We do not owe **. [redacted] any money or any additionalservices. The existing auto feeder was replaced with a new feeder as indicated previously. Those services were completed as indicated on the invoice and **. [redacted] paid for those services indicated on the 2/19/2015 invoice. The services on 2/19/2015 are complete.3. The new auto feeder is working properly. The problem **. [redacted] has is the steam leak found on 2/26/2015, which is a completely different job and issue; and is not nor was not a part of the new auto feeder installed on February 19, 2015.We at M & M Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. hope that the Revdex.com is not only there to protect and assist consumers, but also to PROTECT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS from consumers that make false statements, threaten to destroy and defame a company and the owners personally because of the consumers lack of patience, belief that they are owed something, complete disregard for other human beings, and most importantly thinking that threats and revenge are acceptable behavior in our society.Respectfully SubmittedM & M Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
