[redacted] with M&M came out from a 2hr special I purchased from ***'s list Even though it had to change the schedule because I was not going to be home on time, [redacted] went ahead and assessed the roof situation and showed me pictures of the problems I had They arrived on time to do the work They discovered several issues with my roof, nails popping up, boots needed to be changed and my ridge vent replaced along with the opening below needing to be cut out For years I had a moisture problem in my home and everyone I had come, said the venting of my home was fine [redacted] discovered the ridge vent was coming loose and the opening was not cut out, so the air in the attic could not escape properly He said moisture could be caused from lack of air flow in the attic due to that problem He took pictures for me to look at before and after the repair The difference was obvious Too bad I didn't find them years ago when the problem first occurred I was very pleased with everything and will recommend them to anyone that I hear who needs work done

M & M Roofing and Constuction put a new roof and deck on our home , and did a great job

We hired them to do siding, remove a porch and install a roof over the deck, install two doors, and paint our house We requested that the columns be metal
They would only be at work for about half a dayI asked questions about what was being done and how it was being constructed, and was told I was stressing the owner
We ended the contract with the deck rail being left off after they cut it out, one door not installedWe had to argue with them to get the debris hauled off, but they left the old windowsSaid was not their responsibility

We recently had a new metal roof installed by M & M RoofingEvery part of the experience was great, the owners are very personable and the prices reasonableThe work was done quickly and the finished product looks greatThe workers were polite and they cleaned everything upWe are very satisfied with our new roof and will be calling again when we have another jobWe will definitely recommend M & M to others,

*** came out and gave me a quote, along with a full explanation of what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix the problem and how much it was going to costHe was very professional and on time for his appointment
His crew was able to come and do the work sooner than the scheduled time, and completed it with all the work done per the initial consulate They cleaned up and left everything looking better than expected The pricing was very fair and the experience great
I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors and if I need any additional work, I will call them back again

My complaint with M&M Roofing and Construction; they did a very unprofessional jobThe company was very slow about returning phone calls! M&M Roofing and Construction owner Mike Mealor called me and stated that he needed my deductible before the job started because he had to pay his workers on FridayWhile the workers were working on the job they decided to use my electricity without permission rather than using their own gassed powered generatorsI'm also still waiting on phone call about damage to bushes and to fix gutters

*** and his crew did a great job I will be calling him again when I need work done I highly recommend his company

M&M Roofing provided a metal roof on our house, The job was done efficiently and the work site kept neat during the process. The price was reasonable, the roof looks great and solved some problem leaks.

A++. Highly recommended. Very professional and easy to work with. Installed new fascia, soffit & trim on cornice, new gutters, and a new architectural roof. Couldn't be more pleased with th results.
