I sent an email to them via a reply to their email saying they had shipped by dress as there was no tracking information Then I also sent an email on the same day (with them saying it was unacceptable for an item to take that long to be sent as they send their items 4-business days after ordering I have been communicating with them and it takes 2/days for them to respond Last email I received was on 1/ [redacted] and have still not heard back with what they said was getting me a tracking # This has gone on for months now and I don't understand why they cannot respond to me in a timely manner I just want my dress
