The said customer, Mr [redacted] did have some issues arise after the construction of the swimming pool and is very persistent that the work be done at the TIME and DAY HE wants them doneI have no problem with getting the warranties done, but he has been very difficult to work with from day He will call and or text me numerous times a day about something I have already talked to him previously about earlier in the day I had someone in place to go out and make some repairs but he did not get back with me for a weekThen when he did he expected for them to come out when it was convenient for him this is an extremely busy time of year for contractors and sometimes they literally have to work on warranty repairs when they get a chance, weather its late in the evening or weekends, they are not able to drop what they are doing on another job and go when MrDeeds demands them to All warranty repairs have been addressed except for repairing the sheer descentsAnd I do have someone going out there as soon as his schedule clears up enough for him to make itNot only have all but repair been taken care of, a pool cleaner was repaired and that WAS NOT under warranty, the tech made that repair for him when he was not legally obligated tooI hope this help with the complaint filed on my company and if there is anything I can do to clear this matter up so please let me knowThank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** is stating that I am not available for repairs to be made, which is absolutely not true I have been available every week day until noon and my wife has been available every single day after noon Mr*** has made no attempt to repair my leak, but he did send someone to finally repair my timer which we are very grateful for after such a long wait It is now, Monday, July and I still have a leak My concern is not only for this leak, but any future repairs that may need to be made We have a contract that includes warranty work Mr*** will not return calls or text messages If I do get him to answer, he will not show up as promised to make a repair, or just say "I'll get back with you" I'm the consumer / customer who paid for a product in full, was given a contract / promise Mr*** got his money, most of it upfront, and I do not believe he used my funds for my pool and only my pool or we would not even be in this situation...the long delays, the expectations on my part not being met, no warranty work completed, etc...Mr*** has gotten in over his head in my opinion and can't dig his self out, no pun intended.This is not a he said / she said situation I have text messages, phone records, and dates recorded to support my claims I believe I have a very good case to show that I have not been treated fairly by M&M Swimming Pools and they are not running their business ethically I do not want to fight with them, I simply want my pool, deck and any other areas of my yard that they built to be repaired as needed when issues arise as promised in the contract
