Customer came on November 10, to have a thermostat put in his carA new thermostat was installed successfully with no further issues or complaintsOn November 11, the owner came back with an overheating and fluid leaking problemThe customer put stop leak in the radiator to fix the
problemThe customer used stop leak to fix the problem and never told us that they used the stop leak At this point the mechanic pressure tested the systemIt showed a big hole in the radiatorOn November 16, we installed a new radiatorThe car was driven, with no problems detectedThe system was inspected for leaks and non were found Roughly three weeks after installing the new radiator, the customer had his car towed back to us for leaking coolantWe pressure tested the system again and found the water pump was leakingThis was a new issue, as it was not leaking coolant after we put the new radiator inWe gave change to the customer out of the cash registerHe verbalized that he believed it was a fake $billWe gave him a different $bill from the register and he was satisfiedWe did not have any issues using the $bill he stated was fake
