Attached is an explanation from the parts salesman who helped the customer. After reviewing all of this I can see that M&M Auto Wrecking is approximately $210.0 backwards in parts and shipping. ANd the final part was never returned. We only provide parts that are requested. The...
customer was informed on returns and the proper information needed to order the correct parts. Granted, the 2nd one ordered was disposed of by the US Postal Service, we found this put when we tracked the order due to contamination? Possibly brake fluid or something when the other wrecking yard shipped it out, if it leaked, they dispose of it. Not our fault but we still replaced the part as requested, and ourselves had to pay out for the one not received.
Andrew went above and beyond trying to help. This complaint is unjust.
