Good evening On /25/customer came in to my establishment wanting to return a Xbox As you can see in the pictures that it is clearly posted the we do not give refunds and only exchange tested her system the unit operated fine but still as a courtesy I still exchanged the unit and tested it
in front of her also told her if there was any issues still to return with her games so we can check those for her as well She left said thank you I felt that she was happy as it was the last I heard until I received a letter Thank you I can be reached at *** ***
