A driver from this company hit and seriously damaged my mother's car and refused to accept responsibility for his error, causing her to foot the bill for costs related to this accident. Such a dishonest practice and I think potential future customers should use a company with more integrity.
M and M Waste incorrectly charged us an additional $250 for a missed dumpster pick up when the pickup had been changed to the following day.
We had rented a dumpster from M and M Waste for a home renovation project. They told me the charge was $375 and never mentioned that there would be additional charges. After 10 days they charged me an extra $200 and then an additional $200 another week later. When I inquired about these charges they told me then that there is an additional charge after 10 days and again after 7 days. Although this was never explained with me initially I agreed to pay for it.
On October 14 I called them to charge our dumpster pick up from October 17 to October 18. They told me at that time that I was paid through October 18 so I should be fine. They then showed up on the morning of October 17 to pick up the dumpster. I told the driver that the pick up day had been changed to October 18. He said that was fine and that he would return on Oct 18 to pick it up. During the day on October 17 M and M Waste charged an additional $250 fee to my American Express Card that they had on file. When I called to find out what that charge was they stated that it was for a missed pick up. When I tried to explain that I called them on October 14 to change the pick up to October 18 they denied receiving the call and took no responsibility in this. They would not accept that someone there did not make the change in the system.
M and M Waste needs to refund us the $250 charge that posted to our AMEx for a "missed pick up". This pick up date was changed from October 17 to October 18.
Mrs. told our representative that she had it on her phone record that she made the call to us on the 14th October to change the date of the pickup of her dumpster. Our representative replied that if she sent in a copy showing that the call was made, that we would gladly refund the charge. Instead of sending in the phone record, she sent in this complaint. We stand by what our representative said and will refund the charge as soon as we receive the phone record which she said she had, and was was going to send.

I am waiting for a detailed list of my phone calls from Tmobile. This call occurred right at the cutoff period for their billing. I have called them several times and have been told I will receive it when I receive my printed bill.
Nonetheless, M and M are changing $250 for a supposed "missed" pick up. They never informed of this charge and made an unauthorized charge on my American Express card.
