We booked a room online for a day stay at the Roswell Comfort Suites roughly a week and a half before the dates of arrivalUpon our arrival we were told our room reservation had been cancelled and that the hotel was completely full and nothing could be or would be doneWe have a email confirmation showing our reservation that also had a credit card for hold and that actually billing would be done at arrival to the hotelHotel staff claim the credit card was declined even though it was accepted online 7-days previous.We had driven hours from out of town and could only find a much more expensive hotel with less accommodations elsewhereThe staff at Comfort Suites were not professional nor accommodatingWe were not offered any help in resolving the issue
