This company recently did some work for our municipality. Being on a tight budget we asked for an estimate. We explained we had 1.8 miles of paved road and wanted lines painted on each side. They came and did the work and when we received the invoice it was more than twice as much as estimated. When I called to find out why, I was screamed at by a man who would not let me ask any questions regarding the bill and additional footage. He said we should have known how they calculated their estimates and was so loud and so rude I finally had to hang up. So much for customer service.
