I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.In addition, to accepting this I would like to have my garbage back on pick up status seeing how it should have never been discontinued in the first place because of the company owing me this credit since the account was started and that was the reasoning why the bill was not paid in the first place and I would like to have a letter sent out to me showing that all credits have been placed on the account and that my service has been placed back on the pick up scheduleIt saddens me that I had to go this far for something that has happened over months ago and I do hope that you improve on your companies communication skills and business professionalism, this whole experience has been one that I can honestly say I have never had with any other company in my live and has outraged me due to the lack of caring about the situation, the lack of failing to accept responsibility for your employees actions, and how this company has treated me as if I was making this up when I was not and can prove that I was notI do hope in the future this company learns from this experience and does not put any other customers in the position that I have been placed in
