My father's name is *** ***The date of invoice is 4/24/I find it strange that although there is no reference to the incident, the person contacted states that they have no reference and we did not let them look at the car to find out what was wrongAfter we paid for the repairs I took the car back inThat is when a more thorough inspection was completedI was told how much more it would cost to fix the "real" problem since the repair work we had done was just to figure out what was wrongFurthermore, since the date of my first complaint I did have the vehicle looked at and fixedThe mechanic found that the thermostat put in was set at too cold of tempertature and it was affecting my carThis business over-charged for services, performed unnecessary repairs, and are untruthfulI have not commented on social media about my experience with this business in hopes that they do the right thingIt appears that may be my only recourse after that ridiculous response to my complaint.

Mr. [redacted] was advised the car ran very poorly and ck engine light was on and we wanted diagnostic time to check it out to determine what else was wrong. He declined. The electric fan did not engage, the car had only water in cooling system and it had overheated badly. We told him would have to start with repair (thermostat, cooling syst service & electric fan moter to start best car was running so poorly to allow us to check tercet out as well. He said no. She never called us. She never spoke with us. After tue fact she ([redacted]) came in demanding a refund (without her father). whe I explained eveything to her that had happened and told her to look at her invoice -- we documented need to check other issues she stated I will sue you and left.

First of all my father's name is [redacted]. Second of all, whoever responds to these complaints should read through the complaint as well as their records. There is paperwork showing the car was brought in a second time. During that visit a more thorough inspection was completed-again something that seems wrong. There should also be a record of me speaking with [redacted]. I never requested a refund when I brought the car back. I was very clear in that I thought we had been ripped off and thought it was ridiculous that repair conpleted was not neceasry seeing as there were far greater problems with the car. At that time, I did not request a refund. I wanted my car fixed and justification for the repairs. [redacted] agreed the work done did not fix the problem the car was having. Was the person responding to this complaint even present? Who stated I requested a refund? I have no reason to lie as this establishment has already taken my money. Hello,
This is an additional follow up to complaint [redacted]. Specifically addressing $500.00 of repairs that was supposed to be $200.00. [redacted] our service manager
Spoke with Mr. [redacted] at 10:00 am on 4/21/15 and received authorization  for $491.38 plus tax for the only amount that was ever discussed. There was nerver a discussion about 200.00 only a discussion regarding the vehicle running very poorly and that we wanted to perform a compression test  and
run other diagnostic ( car had a check engine light on ) to determine what else the car might need to have it be running properly . Mr. [redacted] stated
he only wanted to do the thermostat, replace the fan motor (which was not coming on  and had to be replaced as a starting point to address overheating )
and do a coolant system service  . That was all that was discussed . We wanted to further check car out and he declined. All of this is documented and is
on the customer receipt that you should have a copy of . If you do not have a copy please let us know . Again any and all the conversations were with
Mr. [redacted] , not with complaintant [redacted] . She was not involved or even a part of any of the service in question until after the fact and
Was not a part of any interaction until I explained to her what had happened and showed her on the invoice diagnostic time, check engine light and compression tests were all declined at the time of initial service  and that car was running so badly we wanted to check it out but [redacted] said no. I hope this
satisfies any question regarding this complaint . If anything further is needed please call [redacted].
