Review: Two piece name plate necklace and bracelet was purchased by [redacted] or [redacted] on 8/*/2013 the agreed deal was 250.00 plus tax hugs and kisses 10k gold set with silver double plate name plate on both [redacted]. Would be ready two business days and it was. Looked great, missing the circle latch for the lock to connect to close the necklace person who picked it up was told that's how it came odd but ok the bracelet had two circles to connect the lock explanation for that was just in case I needed it to be a little longer again odd for the bracelet instead of the double circle it's missing an extra link around the bracelet. So I the customer received this set 16 days later because I'm in NC which he knew. The very first day I got it very excited I put both on, my skin broke out in bumps and the bracelet broke when taking it off. This happened yesterday 8/**/13 today 8/**/13 I went with my set to a jewelry store to see if this was gold and how much to fix. I was told its not gold it's gold plated and they don't repair fake jewelry. I've called [redacted] on the number on his business card he provided us the voice mail said [redacted] I left detail message regarding my experience no return call yet. I'm willing to return this product to him for real gold or a refund. I plan to see what protection I have with my credit card I used for payment. Can you help me with this? He is a fraud in gold jewelry salesDesired Settlement: Refund I no longer trust this jeweler as I know I can only use 10 or 14kt gold he lied to me and my mom she got the same necklace with mom for 180 I paid with tax 254.38 thank you for your attention in this matter
