hello guys good morning,this lady is just too much she feels we lied to her big time now we understand she wants the money back.we suggested her many times to buy real gold in at least 10k she said no,she said $was her budget so we said ok for that we also have some bigger thicker but in gold plated so we showed to her what we had for around her budget so she picked the one she liked and bought it from us we did not force her to buy as matter of fact she did not have to buy anything but when we showed her the peaces we have in gold plated she liked the one she got she liked our price and we made sure telling her what exactly the material was that it only had the gold looking it gold plated we admit it was gold plated we told her the true she was ok with it because she did not want to spend in real gold even the second time we suggested her to buy in real gold again she no but of course she wanted the money back after she destroyed the ankle bracelet I dont think its our fault when we did our job explaining the product before she bought thank you you have a good day

On May *, I brought watches to this store to replace the batteries The gentleman by the name of Eli conducted the repair Upon return to pick up my merchandise one watch was broken due to their negligence Eli advised me that he would send it out to a company for repair and call me when it was ready I have been to the store on separate occasions since the incident and Eli is never available and the employees of the location just give me the run around The watch was purchased at a retail value of $and I am now without the watch I am requesting assistance in retrieving my property in the condition in which it was brought to the store or the owner payment so I can purchase a new watch I do not want any replacement item from his business because I do not trust them Please reach out and let me know what are my resolution options Thank you

hi there.this lady is saying that we gave her fake gold,when she was specifically told what exactly she was buying and this was a gold plated ankle bracelet for $we asked her many times to invest in legit 14k gold but she refused to spend more than sixty dollars so I dont know what to say when
she liked that gold plated ankle bracelet she liked our price and we agreed on everything.now if she feels we lied to her NOT TRUE we came a long way from ecuador to this great country looking for a better future in an honest way we are honest people not dirty ones we have done a good bussines in a good way with dignity and pride never the cheap way we have worked too hard and are continuing to do so,but always the right way thank you very much

 Now I'm ready to find an attorney & sue this store. Calling me a liar & saying I destroyed that cheap bracelet is an outright lie. I didn't destroy it, it turned my ankle blue. They lied again saying they informed me the bracelet was gold plated. I have a witness to back my story up. I specifically asked "is this 14k gold?" & the manager said yes it is. Not only do they speak poor English, they are liars & ripping people off selling FAKE GOLD!!! They should've taken the fake bracelet back when I went to the store 2 days after buying it & returned my money. I'm going to report them to consumer affairs again, write a review on [redacted] & of necessary take this to the news so they get exposed for selling fake gold & trying to sell over priced jewelry they claim is gold, like they lied about the ankle bracelet being 14k gold. They're the liars, not me. I speak, read & write very well. They tried to insult my intelligence & rip me off. I still have that cheap fake bracelet as proof it's in the same condition as the day I bought it. This is not being resolved by with their lies. When I went back to the store 2 days later they should've taken the bracelet back & refunded my money. Now they're lying more than in the beginning & I'm insulted.

 They LIED AGAIN!!!!! I clearly asked if the ankle bracelet is 14k gold  & I was told yes it is. I didn't realize it wasn't gold until it turned my another blue. I went back to the store to get my money back & they refused. I will not spend $135 to $$200 or more for an ankle bracelet. Besides after being sold fake gold once I don't trust this store any more. I offered to pay$80 to $85 for another ankle bracelet but they claim they didn't have any for that price. The ankle bracelet they wanted to try & sell me for $135 was as thin as thread & looked cheaper than the fake gold they already sold me. They tried to sell me silver but I don't want silver I want gold. I have priced ankle bracelets at other jewelry stores & none of them charge as much as this store for gold. They are ripping people off & selling fake gold to unsuspecting consumers. They're liars & dishonest & I intend to contact every agency I can to make sure this store is known for their bogus sales of fake gold.
