We ordered a four seasons sofa which was delivered in NovThe sofa is damagedThe pillows are too large for the sofa, the arm selves doesnt fit , the skirt is to long , the velcor holding the slip to the sofa is tornWe have tried repeatedly to seek all of the proper channels to get this resolved, however Victor Furniture will or hasnt responded.Four seasons [ Manufacturer ] did send out a sales rep who was from ConnecticutThe rep drove from connlooked at the couch and just shook his head and said that victor furniture should be handling this He took some pictures and indicated that it was made incorrectly He also took pictures of the slip covers , and unzipped the cushion covers and took photos of the lot numbers of the cushions, then he said he would send a ups mail slip which we recieved and we would have to send the sections back to the four seasons manufacturerWe are not comfortable doing this and we feel this is totally the responsiblity of either four seasons
In November 2014, I purchased yards of carpet from Victor Furniture and had it installed by their installers At the time of purchase, Victor Furniture stated this carpet was covered by a year transferrable warranty from *** (the manufacturer) In October of (months after installation), I scheduled my annual carpet cleaningThe professional cleaner came out and indicated that he did not feel comfortable cleaning the carpet as he noticed carpet wear issues and would not want to void any warrantyI had noticed these issues and his visit and professional opinion confirmed my observations Specifically, there were distinct traffic patterns, crushing/matting by the door entryway and stairs and noticeable seams and yarn fraying I contacted Victor Furniture on October 26, A representative from Victor Furniture came out and agreed that the carpet is not performing as it should-especially given the price point I paidSubsequently, the Victor Furniture representa
