I agree, as long as they fix it. But they don' have to drive on my yard to fix this problem. They can walk.
Yes we did the work for this Customer. She was totally satisfied and then few problems came out. We visited her and agreed to stop by to fix it. After that we called her twice and she said " not today, because the rear yard is too wet and I do not want my yard damaged. After that we did not contact...
back her anymore. But we do exchange some texts after knew about the complaint and agree to stop by her place and fix the damages. Only waiting till weather gets better.
