Review: I am writing to inform you that Purefoy Electric (dba MP Electric) is failing to pay its material suppliers.

We recently withheld payment in order to make sure a supplier was paid. However, another supplier recently surfaced in which they were not paid. MP Electric is not unresponsive and I will have no choice but to pay the supplier, directly.

Any guidance would be appreciated, and I hope this will be reflected in their rating.

1. AWC, Inc. was owed over $11,000 between two jobs. This has been paid. More detail available concerning this situation upon request.

2. Crawford Electrical Supply Company, Ltd. is owed $2,054.

The job pertaining to Crawford Electrical has been completed.

The second job is in progress, but MP Electric was relieved prior to starting the job.

To respond to [redacted]First of all these accusations are false. We had a joint check agreement with AWC to do jobs with Horizon. So just in case [redacted], doesnt know what a joint check agreement is, here is the definition: A joint check agreement is an agreement between two parties, allowing one to pay a balance due by writing a check issued to two or more payees. However that being said Crawford wrongfully sent a lien NOTICE only because Horizon paid well over 60 days to us. We can not and do not pay the vendors until we are paid. We have cleared this up and there is nothing more that we can do, and nothing more that Horizon will need done to clear it up. If I actually had the time I would be the one turning them into the Revdex.com. I couldn't get my supply houses to even ship material to the jobs without joint check agreement because Horizon is known for slow funding. MP Electric beingrelieved from the second job is a true statement, we could no longer do buisness with someone not willing to pay there contractors in a timely manner. So we did let Horizon know we where not interested in doing any other work for them. So if anything, I would like for Horizon to have their rating be reflected due to these statements provided.Thank you

Review: Purefoy Electric was hired to install recessed lights in our house. They were paid in full the first day they worked. It took over a month to have them complete the job. We have received a certified letter from [redacted]. They have not paid the supply company for the materials used on our job. We are being held responsible if Purefoy does not pay for materials.

They have been paid and I have contacted them in regards to this. I have never dealt with a company that provided such horrible service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay their bill to [redacted]
