My husband and I had our wedding photos taken in Banff on December 4, by *** ***He did a wonderful job on our photos but we have never gotten what our contract said
We paid him $and we were suppose to receive 4xprints of our choice and a 11xcanvas print of our choice digitally editedWhat we received was hours of his timeWe still don't have our pictures
I sent many emails which I have saved asking how long and for confirmation when he sent our pictures so I could watch for them in the mailHe always told us yep in a weekWell weeks turned into months and now we are months later with still no pictures and the same reply
More than a little disappointed considering that is one of our most special days in our relationship
