I am rejecting this response because:I feel the lack of professionalism is sad and quite shockingIt took me filing for a compliant with the Revdex.com to get a firm returned responseM&P stopped returning our text and phone calls and in our last conversation with
M&P "they were still deciding how to resolve"I assure them, ignoring the situation is never the correct resolution We agree a valuable lesson was learnedPotential clients/customers should inquire about service company's guarantees/warranties before settling on a projectI would heavily suggest they also consider adding this information to their quotes and invoices, as we learned their policy only after the issue presented itself.Second word of advice would be to not avoid confrontationWe at least were owed the decency of a return call with answers and resolution whether or not we were in agreement on that resolution.There are a lot of assumptions about what we did and did not do in regards to the care of the plantsTo put into perspective, M&P planted approximately plants in our yard in addition to multiple other servicesThey did a fantastic job and we were thrilled with resultsI can't comprehend why we would have made that investment then to turn around an neglect that investmentIf we were negligent with the plants, I am quite certain the fallout would have been far greater and more consistent with respect to the areas of the yard with "issues".As my husband and I both work in sales, we are familiar with the predicament companies are put in to win and keep business and customer satisfaction/loyaltyWe hope M&P reconsiders their customer service approach and response for future clientsTheir future success depends on it

I am rejecting this response because:
As I detailed in my complaint, the company attempted to bill us for services we never requested. We repeatedly attempted to address this issue with them through emails, phone calls, and letters, and they were...

unresponsive. We assumed their lack of response indicated agreement that they should not have billed us for these services.We filed the complaint upon receipt of the letter form this lawyer in an effort to resolve the matter once and for all. We also replied in writing to the lawyer. We request that this company 
(1) stop trespassing on our property and performing services that we have not ordered,
(2) send us a letter stating clearly that we have paid them everything we owe them and have a 0 balance, and
(3) direct their lawyer to acknowledge in writing that we do not owe this company money and to formally withdraw his threat to sue us.
