The motel advertised new beds, however I discovered during my stay that they have a live bed bug infestationAt approximately 11:30pm on 6/I found several bed bugs crawling over the pillows and sheets of the bedI took both photos and videosMy daughter had a mild panic attack as she has panic disorder and an aversion to bugsI checked out of the motel at around 12:00amThe motel staff refused a refund of any kindWe ended up sleeping in a truck stop parking lotI just would like a refund for a room I did not stay in and now am having to take steps to not bring parasites into my own home
