I used this company in the past and didn't like the service. I had no choice but to use them when my heat went out over the winter, because no one could make it for atleast two days. So I gave them another chance and they have come leaps and bounds. Service was great, and they came out with in an hour. Fixed the first time and didn't need parts. It's about time I wasn't taken for a ride. Great job. I will write off the past. I guess it must have been a bad day.
I had called for service for our Heating system and M&R sent the most amazing, professional, and smartest service tech that we have ever had at our home ever. I highly recommend this company and if you get John the service manager, you will surely be glad you did.

Review: In September of 2013, I payed $488.68 for the installation of a new water heater from M&R Heating (also a sump pump was adjusted). In August of 2015, [redacted] performed a test of my appliances and "red tagged" the water heater because it did not pass a draft (exhaust) test. The furnace did pass the exhaust test. The [redacted] representative noted that the exhaust on the water heater was "squashed down", and that this appeared to be an effort to improve the rate of exhaust. [redacted] turned off my gas, saying the current situation was a potential carbon monoxide problem. I reported this to M&R Heating who came and installed new exhaust hardware on the water heater, however the water heater still did not pass the draft test. M&R Heating tested the external chimney exhaust without the water heater or furnace connected and found it to be lower than what is recommended. They said I would need to have the external chimney inspected and repaired if necessary. After the Condominium Association arranged for inspecting and modifying the chimney, the exhaust rate improved. M&R returned and re-tested the water heater, which now passed the exhaust test. M&R Heating then charged me $512.72 for the installation of the exhaust hardware for a water heater that was not installed correctly in the first place.Desired Settlement: $512.72 refund

I just got off the phone with Gerry from M&R Heating about complaint [redacted] and he graciously offered a home furnace inspection to resolve my complaint. I would like to reset the complaint to resolved, but I do not see how to do that on your website.
