Very unprofessional company! Many of the staff come into your home unsure of what to do because of their lack of trainingThe staff is very unreliable either not showing for work or coming lateThe agency often doesn't find a replacement for you if and when this happensVery! Very! Disappointed with this agency! I wouldn't trust this company to care for my dog

Was hired as my mothers aide in Aug 2014 worked 6weeks and only got paid for 1 .Justin b[redacted] the"executive"was too by me several times I had submitted payroll they denied receiving it.I even spoke to Mollie in payroll who said yes I m looking at last copy I mailed in and still no pay.I told them I could not walk my time sheets in each week and supplied me w pay sheets TO mail in.I then complained to [redacted] who funds money m.r.paid by state for my mom then and only then I am told that's not allowed. When m.r.homecare found out I said something they said I blew it shoulve kept my mouth shut and now I cant work w my mom.this company lies, cheats people and are obviously unethical because they let family members work for families the women who hired me said so to me my mom and my sister who was there with me.I plan on calling fraud unit their insurance carriers and Dept of laborious and Irs to make complaints.if they'd. CHEAT me out of probably less than 300$ to save a buck ask yourselves where are they cheating your loved ones? ?? ASK for accounting. Of your families aides, hrs, $$$

M&R made my life and my Mothers recovery easier. M&R cared for my Mother and offering any support, we as a family needed.The President of the company gave me his personal cell number to contact him. M&R went above and beyond what I believe no one could do. The kind homemaker brought a smile to my Mothers face everyday..something I have not seen in a very long time. My Mother had a easy smooth recovery. I appreciate M&R for making us feel like part of the family. Thank you- Susan
