Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Upon moving out, the unit was left with some minor wear and tear as expected from every day tread and useSome scuffs from shoes on the floor and on walls near the doors may have needed to be wiped down but in no way was there any damage to the extent of gallons of paint being necessary and a total floor replacement being reasonableFurthermore, any suggestion that my pig was responsible for any of the wear is purely speculation in a transparent attempt to rationalize the price gouging tactics used to completely renovate the unit on my billI feel as though my keeping of an emotional support animal was retaliated against implicitly during my unwelcome stay and was in violation of the Americans with Disabilities act and a sustained reasonable accommodation was not met.It is very obvious upon reviewing the photos of the unit that there are no damages that would reasonable require the extensive renovation charged, and that to root the justification in impact caused by a pig is purely speculation without any rational grounding or evidence and is frankly, a laughable claim My emotional support animal never once urinated or defecated onto the floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces that were repainted and replacedThere was no odor upon moving outThe company is plainly exploiting the fact that I kept an emotional support animal as a means to justify conducting very expensive renovations and this type of retaliation should not be tolerated Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention We take our resident's experience at our apartments very seriously, including the fair return of any deposits that we keep on file Unfortunately, in the case of *** [redacted] , his apartment was not left in a sanitary or well maintained condition upon his move out As documented in the attached letter from February 29, 2016, as well as the accompanying pictures, significant repairs and cleaning to the unit was required, included replacement of the apartment floor due to damaged caused by his pet If you have any concerns or additional questions, please feel free to follow up with us at [redacted] Regards, Joseph D [redacted] MRN, LTD
