I had a service call today from M/R Plumbing. I have done work with them in the past and so their reputation precedes itself. Anyway today Jeff C. was the repairman that came to look at my problem. He did a wonderful job. He is a tradesman that would make any company proud. He had such integrity in his work. He tried so hard to evaluate my situation and see how to best correct the problem. As he found my problem, he not only explained what the problem was, but showed it to me. He took the time to explain not only what was wrong, but how we were going to fix it. He was patient and answered any question I had. He is an excellent example of a person who should be out dealing with people. I am so lucky that he was the service man who came to solve my problem today.
In the bigger picture I want to add that I talked to Bob several times in the office over a two day period. He, too, was very good at listening to my problem and assessing how critical it was to schedule me, I appreciate his initial attentiveness to my problem.
