(Michael) has no other information about me (personal or otherwise) The bill was reduced but regardless of the poor quality of workmanship provided (or none at all) he insisted the reduced balance was due. We were over charged and/or charged for things that were either not done or done very poorly. Moreover, we now use a more ethical company that was angry that lawn care companies are still doing what was done to us and getting away with it. Put another way - MR Service, Inc. took full advantage of our trust. Reading his response is further proof that their interest is not about customer satisfaction, ethics, or quality work rather charging regardless.Regards,[redacted]
