Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] MR Services, Inc(Michael) has no other information about me (personal or otherwise) The bill was reduced but regardless of the poor quality of workmanship provided (or none at all) he insisted the reduced balance was dueWe were over charged and/or charged for things that were either not done or done very poorlyMoreover, we now use a more ethical company that was angry that lawn care companies are still doing what was done to us and getting away with itPut another way - MR Service, Inctook full advantage of our trustReading his response is further proof that their interest is not about customer satisfaction, ethics, or quality work rather charging regardless.Regards, [redacted]
