We hired Kurt Kelly to redo our front porch which involved tearing out the old wooden posts, rails and handrails and replacing it all with new along with wrapping the top header board with new aluminum, also replace and wrap a post on our back overhang all with new all weather, pvc material along with putting down landscaping plastic and larger river rock around our above ground poolHe did not do what was agreed upon at all, he tried to save money as he put it by not purchasing handrails but instead only purchased one and tried to split it in two, he never wrapped the top of the porch in aluminum as agreed upon and instead of replacing our old wood underneath he just wrapped it in the plastic/pvcnothing on our porch is straight, it is all misaligned and the handrail posts are not even straight up and downAround the pool he did not lay down landscaping plastic as was agreed upon he instead put down what appears to be roofing paper, he did not put any edging down around the perim
