We have been completely honest and straight forward with *** on the inspection of the home and the issues that we have foundWe have gone back out to his home to reinspect the situation after he had called our office and did do some additional repairs so he was definitely in contact with *** we
never have blown him off or simply told him sorry you have to waitI am the owner and have personally been out to his home on all occasionsWe pride our self on our good reviews and superior customer service, if *** was so unhappy with our work I wish he would have asked to speak to me direct instead of just coming on here to write a poor review without discussing what he was still experiencing or allowing me to get some information from him to help solve the problemI will reach out to him again to try get this taken care of however it is more difficult to remove bats this late in the season since they can go into hibernation starting in November which was explained to *** as well
