M & S takes pride and dedication with their customers.The problem with the customer listed above was resolved and taken care of already around the same time the concern was bring to our attention.The closet door upon which the plaintiff forcefully pulled of its tracks in what ever situation that...

took place .Pictures and video on my end were taken to have proof that the closet doors had not come off its track because of bad workmanship but instead by force.Even though I still went and put new tracks and put the doors back up.For free at no charge.Just to keep a customer and a good relationship.To my suprise there is a failure to respond to a complaint noted on my account.How can this be.The situation needs to be rectified.Were a good company with great values and there is an injustice take place here.I ask the Revdex.com to do right by this and rectify the problem.I have to pay for me being a good guy that doesn't make sense.I reached out to the Revdex.com nobody an swers.I reached out to the plaintiff and his number is invalid.What does this encourage consumers/consumers ex: to have a chimney guy fix your chimney and then have you fix his front door for free to.Or else hell complain to the Revdex.com even though it's a lie.To keep a good name we service providers succum to demands just to keep a clean name.That is not the American way.What ever happened to morals and honesty among business transactions. All I want is for the false information to my company be removed. That is all.
